DBH takes away ALL your pains from the entire process, including the VISA SCREEN! All you do is complete a few required forms and RELAX! - Go to the local Consulate at the time of your Visa Stamping and start packing your bags to travel to USA. |

We make it easy for you by paying all fees for your family members -Consider the family's visa fee payment as a loan to you until you start working. This fee will be divided into five equal installments and deducted from your paycheck once you start working. |

| Quality and Cultural Orientation |
Before you start working, DBH provides quality training and orientation material, which includes Safety and Infection control standards, Managed care system in US, patient bill of rights, various administrative forms to perform work at a healthcare facility, communication and presentation skills and certifications courses like BLS (Basic Life Support) to Advanced critical care training etc. |

| Accommodation upon arrival |
DBH has fully furnished shared accommodation to house you. Upon arrival, this facility is available for you free
of charge until you start working. |

| Initial Loan upon arrival into the USA |
DBH provides a loan of up to $500 to you upon arrival into USA to help you settle down. Please speak to
accounting, if you need loan upon arrival. |

| Social Security and other processes |
DB Healthcare provides assistance to you and your family members for all major formalities in USA such as applying for Social Security Number, opening Bank Accounts, driving license and driving lessons , obtaining auto loan, selecting an apartment etc. |

Finding a school/educational facility for your kids may be one of your concerns. Don't worry! School Education is free in USA. In addition, we guide you with all other information before you leave for USA so you can prepare in advance for things like school admission requirement/s (such as medical forms etc.). At DBH we also understand the importance of your Social and Cultural needs. To ensure a smooth transition of your social life we have complied a package of Social and Cultural organizations and places of Worship, so you get a head start in the community and your adjustment time remains at the minimum. |

| Payroll/Checks |
DBH Payroll is done on a weekly basis. You have a choice of direct deposit in to your bank account or manual check. Every Friday, paychecks are distributed/mailed to each employee. |

| Salary Review Policy |
We conduct your performance review in 6 months from the date you start your first assignment and annually
thereafter. |
| |
| Vacation |
DBH provides you with two weeks of paid vacation after completing one year of service. In emergencies, one paid day per month for every month served after completion of the first six months is available. |

You become eligible for 401K after completion of one year of service with DBH. |

DBH provides healthcare benefits to you and your family. You and your family are entitled to the medical treatment and prescription medicines per the insurance company's policy. DBH contributes 75% for of the total monthly premium for individual health insurance and 50% of total monthly premium for family coverage. Dental insurance is optional and is available to you for an additional premium. |
